As we all know New York just wrapped up their fashion week, which only could mean one thing! Yes! It's time for Va Fashion Week, which happens to be in it's 8th year. Places like Virginia get passed up for bigger metropolitan areas all the time thinking that no creative juices flow within the state walls.
